POLICIES, REGULATIONS & LOGISTICS

Online orders may be shipped to the following states: 
AK, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, MA, ME, MD, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV,NY, OH, OR, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY. Please Note: AK and HI use 2 Day Air Shipping only; Some states have volume limitations per person, per address, per month, and/or per year. For orders to AL, AR, AZ, DE, KY, LA, MS, NJ, OK, PA, RI, SD, UT, per state's regulations we are unable to ship wines or spirits.

Wine contains alcohol so shipments require an adult signature of a person 21+ years of age. Wine may not be shipped to PO Boxes. We recommend shipping to a business address whenever possible.

If you have a time sensitive order, please call us at 213-265-7221. Online ordering is not recommended.

Orders placed Monday-Friday by 9am PST will be processed by the store the same day. Orders placed after 9am may be processed on the next business day, orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays.

Orders generally ship from CA within 1-2 business days of order processing; however, the exact shipment date and common carrier used (UPS or FedEx) depends on the delivery method, inventory, weather, and external factors beyond our control.

DEFAULT SHIPPING METHOD
Orders are shipped UPS Ground or US Postal Service direct from the store, unless otherwise requested. For Express requests including 2 Day Air or Overnight delivery, orders must be received by 9am PST for same day fulfillment and shipping.

Orders generally take 1-3 business days to reach the delivery destination and a tracking number will be emailed upon shipment to the address listed in the order.

DELIVERY FAILURES

If an order is mis-shipped due to incorrect order information provided by the sender, the sender is responsible for all associated fees and will be billed accordingly by 538CalClub.com. Mis-shipments include: delivery to the wrong address, delivery intercepts, and orders returned to the winery. In the event that 538CalClub.com processes an order incorrectly, we will incur the fees associated to re-route or re-ship the order for accurate delivery.
