Alex Gillery, the Ambassador of Pol Roger will lead us through a wine and food pairing of the NV, 2008, 2008 Rosé, 2004 and the famed 2002 Cuvée Winston Churchill. Chef Jean-Marc Weber and 538’s own Troy Kinser have paired a menu to raise the experience to new heights.
